Family rates based on two adults and three minor children per site/rental unit. Maximum of one camping unit, one family and two vehicles per site/rental. Additional camping units/tents and guests are subject to an additional charge.
Information and Reservations
For information or to make Reservations please contact us at (800) 986-2267 or (920) 743-7115. Please note when making reservations on-line you will be contacted in order to secure payment. NO on-line reservations are guaranteed without payment in full. We accept reservations up to one year in advance and rates may be subject to change. In order to expedite the check-in process, ALL reservations are to be prepaid in full within 7 days from the date of the booking. Reservations not secured/prepaid by check or credit/debit card will automatically be cancelled after 7 days, from the date of the booking. We will make every effort to reserve the site number you request, but we cannot guarantee specific site requests due to camper sizes and other campground concerns.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-ins are subject to availability, please call ahead to confirm your site is available. Late check-outs will be charged $10.00 for every 30 minutes unless pre-approved by Management. Please confirm your arrival and departure dates at check-in, you are responsible for all nights reserved. Late arrivals – For our guests arriving after office hours. Please call ahead with an estimated time of arrival and to confirm your reservation. Upon arrival, your Gate card, receipt and a map to your site will be in the late arrival box. Please come in to the office the next morning and register.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a choice of a refund less a $25.00 bookkeeping fee (per site), or the option to change your reservation date. If you choose to change your reservation date, the change must be made within 7 days of your original arrival date. There is a $10.00 fee to change your reservation date, allowed one time per original reservation. Late cancellations (less than 7 days from your scheduled arrival) and no-shows are subject to full loss of deposit/payment. Our goal is to provide you, our guest, the highest quality recreation experience Door County has to offer. Please let us know immediately of any concerns regarding your site or our facilities and service. You are responsible for all nights reserved. If you are unable to complete your stay, for any reason, no refunds will be given.
*Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of weather or nature.
Photography
Entrance to the campground/resort property constitutes permission for the management of Tranquil Timbers to photograph anyone while on the premises and to use any resulting picture for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual.
Visitors
We are happy to have you and you guests enjoy all Tranquil Timbers has to offer. For security purposes we ask that all daily visitors/guests be off Resort property by 10:00pm or after any scheduled event/activity. Any visitors on property after 10:00pm will be considered an overnight guest and be charged the overnight guest fee. Special events/functions such as Reunions, birthday parties etc, may be subject to a per person guest charge. Please contact the office to arrange any such events. All PAID visitors/guests are entitled to full use of all Resort facilities and thus, are subject to all Resort Rules and Regulations. Any visitors/guest found in violation of said rules will be asked to leave Tranquil Timbers property immediately and without warning. No minors admitted without responsible parent or guardian!
