All weekends/activities are subject to change without notice.

April 18th & 19th - Beat The Clock Special!!!
Here’s Your Chance! One Day Only!! Call and make your reservations for our Opening Weekend of 2008! Here’s how it works: Call us at (920) 743-7115 on Saturday. March 29th and receive the following rates.

Calls received from:

• 10:00am – 10:30am: $5.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• 10:30am – 11:00am: $10.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• 11:00am – 11:30am: $15.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• 11:30am – 12:00pm: $20.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• All calls received between 12:00pm and 3:00pm $22.00/night (plus tax and fees)

*As an extra bonus, the first 5 calls on each half hour will receive a bundle of firewood and a bag of ice. All reservations require a 2 night minimum stay, and are non-refundable.

April 25th & 26th – Clean Up Weekend
Help us put the final touches on the resort. Bring your rakes, gloves and paintbrushes and join us in some final clean up before summer is upon us. Receive a FREE night certificate for every 3 hours of help (limit 2 per family). PLUS!!! Camping this weekend is just $36.00 (plus tax), for any site. *Free night certificate may not be used this weekend and must be used during the 2008 season. As an added bonus this will be one (1) of five raffle ticket weekends.

May 4th & 5th – Valentines in May
Who wouldn’t want to spend Valentines Day in Door County? It’s quite, beautiful, and romantic. The only problem is it’s COLD and we are closed. We hate to miss out on a Holiday so come and enjoy Valentine’s Day when we want to. The park is open, Flowers are starting to bloom and we have a DEAL for you. This weekends Valentine’s Packages give you several choices for your romantic getaway.

All packages include:

• Complimentary bottle of wine with souvenir glasses.
• FREE tour coupon at one of Door County’s numerous wineries
• Complimentary box of chocolates
• 2 bundles of firewood
• 2 bags of ice

In addition you will get your choice of one (1) of the following:

• Dinner Certificate for Two (2)
• 2 Rounds of Golf
• 2 tickets to Third Avenue Playhouse, Sturgeon Bay's premiere live Theater.

May 9th & 10th – Mothers Day
RV on the Go club members receive 50% off all campsites and 25% off rentals. Special deals, and activities for moms. Kids crafts and contests for all. Moms receive 10% off for each of your "darling children" on any stay of 2 nights or longer. 1 child gets you 10% off, 2 would be 20%, etc. Maximum discount is 50% and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotions.

May 16th & 17th – Armed Forces Weekend
Veterans come and stay for Free. As a former or active member of the U.S military we would like to thank you for your service. All veterans receive their campsites for FREE! Your guests only pay the $5.00 guest charge per night.

May 23rd thru May 26th – Memorial Day Weekend
Join us for 4 nights of FUN, FUN, FUN! We’ll kick off the summer season with movies, music, wagon rides. All of the resort activities and amenities are in full swing. Kids games, activities and crafts will be offered throughout your Holiday stay. The seasons first Horseshoe Tournament gets under way, with prizes for the top two. Winners also qualify for the end of season tourney. Let’s kick off the summer together. Minimum length of stays required. See Specials page for Memorial Day packages and save!!

May 30th & 31st – Bingo Blowout!!
RV on the Go club members receives 50% off all campsites and 25 % off of our rentals. Say it with me, BINGO! Not your ordinary, run of the mill bingo though. We’ll play candy bar bingo, backward bingo, white elephant bingo, Beer bingo (must be 21yrs of age), you name it we’ll try it. All of this, in addition to our standard activities. PLUS!! This is the 2nd raffle ticket weekend of the summer.

June 6th & 7th – Schools Out!
Kids, here’s your chance to take care of Mom and Dad. Bring in your report card and for every “A” you get we’ll give your parents a 5% off coupon for your next stay. (Some restrictions apply). Plus, as a reward for your effort you get the following:

• (1) A = 1 round of mini golf.
• (2) A’s = 1 30 minute pedal cart rental
• (3) A’s = your choice a slushy or an ice cream
• (4) A’s = choice of 2 from the above list
• (5+) A’s = Good Job!!! You get all 3!!!

PLUS!!! All of our regular activities, crafts as well as a free throw and mini golf contest, with prizes going to the top 2 per age group. The top 2 will qualify for the end of season Tourney weekend.

June 13th & 14th – Father’s Day Weekend
Special deals and activities for Dad’s through out the weekend. Dads receive 10% off of your 2-night stay for each of your "Darling Children" (max. discount 50%). Finally, you gonna see some return on your investment. We’ll have golf tourney’s (qualifying), free throw contests, horseshoe tourney (qualifying) worst tie contest and Dad’s trivia. This will also be our 3rd raffle ticket weekend, only 2 more chances left!! Discounts apply to advance reservations only.

June 20th & 21st – Pirate Weekend
Yo ho ho, it’s a pirate’s life for me, and you. Come join us for treasure hunts, scavenger hunts and more. Kids make your own pirate garb and eye patch. ($) Wagon rides, movies and more.

June 27th & 28th – The Masters at Tranquil Timbers
This weekend is for the birds, or should we say birdies. Come and join us for the golf tournament (mini) of the year. Sign up Friday night in the store, pay your entry fee and you’re in. We’ll start Saturday morning and play golf until we have a champion. Prizes given to the top golfers per division. We’ll have prizes on select holes and a prize for the best “dressed” golfer. Dust off the knickers and grab your putter. The winners will be immortalized on our wall of fame.

July 3rd thru July 7th – America The Beautiful
Lets celebrate our nation's birthday! We’ll have site decorating contests, a bike parade, movies, music and more. Test your knowledge of American history with our trivia contest. Craft’s and activities for kids and adults alike. Check out the numerous local fireworks displays and everything Door County has to offer. See Specials page for July 4th packages and save!! July 11th & 12th – Mardi Gras North
Purple, Green & Gold is what it’s all about this festive weekend so pack your brightest outfits for the MAGNIFICENT Magical Masquerade Mambo Party. Take part in the Mardi Gras parade by bringing your bikes, and wagons to decorate. We will have beads galore for everyone!

July 18th & 19th – Tropical Paradise
Are you looking for a tropical get-a-way? Tranquil Timbers invites you and your family to come relax with a weekend filled with coconuts, leis, grass skirts and hula girls. Bring the family down for a pool party, beach ball relays, sand volleyball tournaments and limbo contests. Don't' forget to bring your swimming suits. This will be our 4th raffle ticket weekend

July 25th & 26th – Christmas in July
String up the lights and hang the stockings lets wait for Santa to arrive. Best decorated campsite contest. Christmas Tree decorating. Kids, make your own ornaments. Santa will be here for all of the good little boys and girls Saturday afternoon. Parents, bring a wrapped gift (or buy one in our store and we'll wrap it for free) with your child's name on it for Santa to give out. Saturday night there will be a special movie and a wagon ride around the park after the movie, to enjoy all the wonderful campsite decorations.

August 1st & 2nd – Western Weekend
Yee haw! Grab your straw hats, your cowboy boots and get ready for a little country western tradition! We’ll have watermelon seed spitting contest, best dressed cowboy and girl contest, roping competition, horseshoe tourney and more. Country hoedown on Saturday night.

August 8th & 9th – Tranquil Timbers Olympics
Test your drive, ambition and skill against your fellow campers. Do you have what it takes to be come an Olympian? The staff here certainly does…not!!! Join us Friday night for the lighting of the Olympic torch, okay bonfire and then lets make smores. Saturday morning the games begin; tug-of-war, free throws, egg toss, water balloon toss and horseshoes, round out the events.

August 15th & 16th – County Fair
Join us for a trip back to the past. Remember them with cotton candy, hot dogs and a trip down the midway. Play the old-fashioned carnival games…you know, the ones you could never win. Ring toss, basket toss, ducks on the pond. You get the idea. This weekend is our 5th and final Raffle ticket weekend.

August 22nd & 23rd – Back to School
Let’s give the kids one final weekend to kick back and burn off the summer energy. Movies, wagon rides, crafts and games galore. Mini golf tourney and more. Camp this weekend and Labor Day weekend and leave your camper on site for special rates.

August 28th thru September 2nd – Labor Day Weekend
The end of summer? We here at Tranquil Timbers certainly hope not. Summer is almost over but we think there is still plenty of fun to be had. Lots of activities and fun all weekend long. Pool Party Saturday afternoon and a dance Sunday evening. Daylight Madness Sale in the store on Sunday. Horseshoe tournament, arts-n-crafts, volleyball tournaments, campfires and movies. You just cannot miss out on this weekend. Minimum length of stays required. See Specials page for Labor Day packages and save!!

September 5th & 6th – Customer Appreciation
Special off-season rates are officially in effect. So is the fall version of our Pay and Stay package. Just because the BIG weekend has passed doesn’t mean we’re rolling up the sidewalks. The heated pool is still open, the wagon is still rolling and we still have some crafts left for the kids. Any customer who has stayed with us this summer (2008) can get BOGO rates. Deals on our rentals and in our Camp store.

September 12th & 13th – Tourney Weekend
This is it! The weekend we have all been waiting for. Remember all the horseshoe tourneys? Mini-golf? Free throws. This weekend we crown the best of the best. All qualifiers from all season long tourneys return to compete for prizes and spots on the wall of fame. Discounted rates for all competitors and specials in the store. This is also the BIG drawing for all of the raffle tickets we have given out this past summer. See our website for rates and raffle prizes to be awarded. September 19th & 20th – Howlween
Time to get out the capes, fake fangs and masks because it’s Howlween at Tranquil Timbers. That means trick-or-treating, spooky activities and crafts. Don’t miss out on the best costume and pumpkin painting contests! Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated sites also. As the season comes to an end make sure to take advantage of the great deals in our store, and start thinking about next summer.
