All weekends/activities are subject to change without notice.

March 27: Beat The Clock Special!!!
Here’s Your Chance! One Day Only!! Call and make your reservations for the last Weekend of Winter! Here’s how it works: Call us at (920) 743-7115 on Saturday, March 27th and receive the following rates.

Calls received from:

• 10:00am – 10:30am: $5.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• 10:30am – 11:00am: $10.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• 11:00am – 11:30am: $15.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• 11:30am – 12:00pm: $20.00/night (plus tax and fees)
• All calls received between 12:00pm and 3:00pm: $22.00/night (plus tax and fees)

*As an extra bonus, the first 5 calls on each half hour will receive a bundle of firewood and a bag of ice. All reservations require a 2 night minimum stay, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

April 2-4: Park is open. Camping overnight will begin. Port-A-Potties are unlocked. No guarantees the water or restrooms will be available.

April 16-18: Opening weekend. Let the season begin. Seasonals sign up for the Seasonal Pot Luck held May 1st for anyone willing to spruce up the resort by painting, staining, raking leaves and sticks.

April 23 – 25: Any seasonal wishing to invite a guest to help clean up their site will receive their guests campsite for $5.00 per night plus tax and resort fee.

April 30 - May 2: BOGO / Clean Up Weekend
Help us put the final touches on the resort. Bring your rakes, gloves and paint brushes and join us in some final clean up before summer is upon us. Sign up at the pavilion at 10:00 AM – coffee & water provided. At 6:00 PM we will have a park wide potluck and campfire at the pavilion. Receive a FREE night certificate for every 3 hours of help (limit 2 per family). PLUS!!! Camping this weekend is just $36.00 (plus tax), for any site. *Free night certificate may not be used this weekend and must be used during the 2010 season.

May 7 - 9: Mother's Day
RV on the Go club members receive 50% off all campsites and 25% off rentals. Special deals and activities for moms. Kids crafts and contests for all. 20% off on clothing for all seasonals. 20% off clothing and gifts for Mom.
8 – 11:30: TV Mom Trivia
10-11: craft for Mom
11-12: Mom daughter golf tournament
1-3: Bingo on Saturday
Sunday: free coffee for Mom
Sunday 8 – 10: Manicure for Mom
Sunday 11-12: Ugly apron contest

May 14 - 16: Armed Forces Weekend
Veterans come and stay for FREE. As a former or active member of the U.S. Military we would like to thank you for your service. All veterans receive their campsites for FREE! Your guests only pay the $5.00 guest charge per night.

May 21 - 23: Bingo Blowout!!
RV on the Go club members receive 50% off all campsites and 25% off of our rentals. Say it with me, BINGO! Not your ordinary, run-of-the-mill bingo though. We’ll play candy bar bingo, backward bingo, white elephant bingo, Beer bingo (must be 21 years of age or older), you name it we’ll try it at 10-11AM Saturday. Wheel of fortune from 1 - 3.

May 28 - 31: Memorial Day Weekend
Join us for 4 nights of FUN, FUN, FUN! We’ll kick off the summer season with movies, music, wagon rides. All of the resort activities and amenities are in full swing. Kids games, activities and crafts will be offered throughout your Holiday stay. The season's first Horseshoe Tournament gets under way, with prizes for the top two. Let’s kick off the summer together. Minimum length of stays required. See Specials page for Memorial Day packages and save!!

Friday wagon ride 5-6 PM; Movie 7:30-9:30 (don’t forget the popcorn) Saturday Bake Sale 8 – 4; crafts 10-11; decorating bikes for parade 11 AM; child golfing 1-2; Bingo 2-3; DJ & dancing/bonfire 7-10; Horseshoe Tournament Sunday 10-12; Volleyball on Sunday 1-3; Store special 10% off pool & RV items; DRINK special – Bloody Marys, Margaritas or Daiquiri’s $3.00 for a large.

June 4 - 6: School's Out!
Kids, here’s your chance to take care of Mom and Dad. Bring in your report card and if you have an "A", we'll give your parents a 10% coupon for your next stay. (Some restrictions apply). Plus, as a reward for your effort you get the following:

• (1) A = 1 free candy bar
• (2) A’s = free slushy
• (3) A’s = your choice of a slushy or an ice cream
• (4) A’s = choice of 2 from the above list plus free golf for your family
• (5+) A’s = Good Job!!! You get all the above plus a 30 minute pedal cart rental

June 11 - 13: Tranquil Timbers' Anniversary
Come celebrate with us! This is "Tranquil Timbers" 4th year and to show our appreciation we have specials galore. All campsites and rentals are 20% off. Take advantage of 20% discounts in our Camp Store. $3.00 bundles of firewood, FREE 30 minute pedal car rentals and $3.00 margaritas (must be 21 years of age or older).

Friday 5-6 PM wagon ride; Movie 7:30 – 9:30
Saturday: Resort Trivia 8:00 – 11:30 AM; Crafts 10-11; Ladder ball 11-12; Billiard shootout from 1-3 at the store.

June 18 - 20: Father’s Day Weekend
Special deals and activities for Dads throughout the weekend. Dads, receive 10% off your 2-night stay for each of your "Darling Children" (max. discount 50%). Finally, you're gonna see some return on your investment. We’ll have golf tourneys, free throw contests, horseshoe tourney (qualifying), worst tie contest and Dad’s trivia. Discounts apply to advance reservations only.

Saturday: TV Dad Trivia 8-11:30; Dad’s craft 10-11; Father-Son Golf Tournament 11-12; Father-Son Soccer Match 1-3; DJ Dance & Campfire 7-10 PM (Father-daughter Dance contest – polka, slow, twist, fast – prizes to top 2)

June 25 - 27: 50s & 60s Elvis Weekend
Shake, rattle and roll on in for a weekend of retro fun for all ages. Dance to the tunes of the 50s and 60s at our Saturday night sock hop. Contest for the best 50s outfit or car hop outfit. We'll have a hula-hoop contest for the kid in all of us. 50s trivia contest from 8-11:30, crafts from 10-11, soccer from 11-12 and sheephead from 1-3. DJ: Saturday Night

July 2 - 4: America The Beautiful
Let's celebrate our nation's birthday! We’ll have site decorating contests, a bike parade, movies, music and more. Test your knowledge of American history with our trivia contest. Crafts and activities for kids and adults alike. Check out the numerous local fireworks displays and everything Door County has to offer. Specials Package deals available for the holiday weekend. (Minimum length of stay required.) $3.00 drink specials all weekend.

Saturday: Bake Sale & Craft Rummage sale at the pavillion 8-4; Bike decorating at 11:00 with parade to follow; Volleyball & Soccer 1-3; DJ & Campfire 7-10 PM with site decorating contest winners announced at 8 PM
Sunday: Horseshoes 10-12; Darts 301 – 1-3 PM; Bring flashlights and watch fireworks from Potowatami State Park by taking a short walk on our nature trail.

July 9 - 11: Mardi Gras North
Purple, Green & Gold is what it’s all about this festive weekend so pack your brightest outfits for the MAGNIFICENT Magical Masquerade Mambo Party. Take part in the Mardi Gras parade by bringing your bikes and wagons to decorate. We will have beads galore for everyone!

Friday: Wagon ride 5-6; Movie 7:30 – 9:30
Saturday: Craft Making of Masks 10-11; Bike decorating and parade 11:00; Ping Pong 1-3; DJ Dance Masquerade Party 7-10 – free mask & beads to adults

July 16 - 18: Christmas in July
String up the lights and hang the stockings. Let's wait for Santa to arrive. Best decorated campsite contest. Kids, make your own ornaments. Santa will be here for all of the good little boys and girls Saturday afternoon. Parents, bring a wrapped gift (or buy one in our store and we'll wrap it for free) with your child's name on it for Santa to give out. Santa will arrive at 2:00 PM on Saturday. Saturday night there will be a special movie and a wagon ride around the park after the movie, to enjoy all the wonderful campsite decorations. Prizes given to best decorated sites.

July 23 - 25: Tropical Paradise Pool Party Weekend
Tranquil Timbers invites you and your family to come relax with a weekend full of fun in the sun. Bring the family down for a pool party, beach ball relays, sandy volleyball tournaments, soccer for the kids, limbo contests and live music poolside! Don't forget to bring your swimming suits. . DJ at the Pool from 1-4 Saturday with a hula contest. Drinks specials $3.00.

July 30 - August 1: Western Weekend
Yee haw! Grab your straw hats, your cowboy boots and get ready for a little country western tradition! We’ll have a watermelon feed!! Roping competition, horseshoe tourney and more from 11-12 on Saturday. Country hoedown on Saturday night. DJ & Campfire: Saturday Night. Best dressed cowboy & girl prizes.

August 6 – 8: Pirate Day Buried Treasure & Scavenger Hunt
Friday: Wagon Ride 5-6; movie 7:30 –9:30
Saturday: 8-12 scavenger hunt – get clues at the store – hand in by 12 – prizes for top 2. Announced at 1:00 buried treasure at sand pit – any blue balls found gets free slushy; Wheel of Fortune 1-3

August 13 - 15: Tranquil Timbers Olympics
Test your drive, ambition and skill against your fellow campers. Do you have what it takes to become an Olympian? The staff here certainly does…NOT!!! Join us Friday night for the lighting of the Olympic torch (okay, bonfire) and then let's make s'mores. Saturday morning the games begin: tug-of-war, free throws, egg toss, water balloon toss, spoon water race, 3 legged race and horseshoes from 11-3, round out the events. With prizes given to 1st place team. DJ: Saturday Night.

August 20 - 22: County Fair
Join us for a trip back to the past. Remember them with cotton candy, hot dogs and a trip down the midway. Play the old-fashioned carnival games…you know, the ones you could never win. Ring toss, basket toss, ducks on the pond. You get the idea. DJ with country music and campfire from 7-10.
Saturday from 10-3 - Black pot cooking is back – watch Cindy demonstrate cooking over the open fire of many meals, taste testing, buying cookbooks, utensils & pot ware.

August 27 - 29: Back to School
Let’s give the kids one final weekend to kick back and burn off the summer energy. Movies, wagon rides, crafts and games galore. Mini golf tourney and more. Camp this weekend and Labor Day weekend and leave your camper on site for special rates.
Saturday: crafts 10-11; jump rope 11-12; cribbage 1-3; corn roast 6 PM

September 3 - 5: Labor Day Weekend
The end of summer? We here at Tranquil Timbers certainly hope not. Summer is almost over but we think there is still plenty of fun to be had. Lots of activities and fun all weekend long. Pool Party Saturday afternoon and a dance Sunday evening. Daylight Madness Sale in the store on Sunday. Horseshoe tournament, arts-n-crafts, volleyball tournaments, campfires and movies. You just cannot miss out on this weekend. Minimum length of stays required. See Specials page for Labor Day packages and save!!
Saturday: crafts 10-11; horseshoes 11-12; volleyball 1-3; DJ & Campfire 7-10
Sunday: Sand Castle Making 10-12; Ping Pong 11-1; Billiard shootout at store from 1-2; Pavilion closed on Sunday for private party – last weekend to sign up for seasonal dinner.

September 10 - 12: BOGO / Seasonal Appreciation
This is it! The weekend we have all been waiting for. Summer is quickly coming to an end. Discounts on campsites, package deals, and big discounts in our Camp Store. To our seasonal family we would like to thank you for another successful and fun filled season by inviting you to our annual lunch and get-together. Lunch will be served at 12:00 PM on Saturday under the pavilion. We will hand out the new seasonal contracts for 2011 after the lunch. We will have a DJ dance and campfire on Saturday from 7-10 polka and other good dance music.

September 17 - 19: Howlween
Time to get out the capes, fake fangs and masks because it’s Howlween at Tranquil Timbers. That means trick-or-treating, spooky activities and crafts. Don’t miss out on the best costume and pumpkin painting contests! Prizes will be awarded for the best decorated sites, also. As the season comes to an end, make sure to take advantage of the great deals in our store, and start thinking about next summer. Join us Saturday night for our "costume" ball. Prizes are awarded for best costumes.
Saturday: crafts – 10-11 making Halloween containers; Judging of Halloween costumes of all ages at pavilion 3:30-5:30; trick-or-treat at sites on the wagon ride that will take you all over; DJ Campfire and costume dance from 7-10; site decorating prizes announced at 8 PM.
